Because items are handmade and personal, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations may occur. This is what makes every item unique.
